Cancellation and refund policy for online donations
The website provides a facility to make online donations through a payment gateway interface. Transactions which are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to the SSAUT are failed transactions. All such transactions are eligible for refund post reconciliation. The refund is done in about 8-10 working days.`
There is no refund or cancellation applicable. Payments once done are final.
